Introducing the
Multi Dimension
Mover
Intamin and ETF Ride Systems, two leading companies in their respective fields within the amusement ride industry, have joined forces for the first time to introduce an innovative new dark ride system, the Multi Dimension Mover.
Intamin is well known as a pioneering leader in the industry and has worked hard for its name to be synonymous with out-of-the-ordinary, tailored-to-the-needs amusement rides. Intamin’s extensive portfolio, the largest in the industry, features over 1000 installations spanning roller coasters, water rides, tower rides, and immersive rides. Intamin is, among many other achievements, well-known for its advancements and experience in roller coaster launch systems.
Leveraging their comprehensive expertise, they aim to continuously bring innovation to more traditional amusement rides, as shown by their creation of the world’s first launched Flume Ride and the recently introduced Flume special elements.
ETF Ride Systems designs and builds innovative ride solutions for theme parks, museums, and events worldwide. With over 800 vehicles installed, the company is renowned for its reliable track-bound and trackless dark ride systems that operate on the ground, in the air, and on water. They offer high uptime, low maintenance costs, and flexible, theme-tailored designs.
Both companies, each with a proud tradition as family-owned businesses, have been shaped by their passion, innovation, and commitment to producing high-quality ride systems. When ETF Ride Systems became part of the Intamin family in July 2024 – while remaining a separate and independently managed organization – it laid the groundwork for future collaborations and combined strengths, such as for the Multi Dimension Mover.
Intamin and ETF Rides Systems are proud to announce the Multi Dimension Mover, a hybrid dark ride system combining the agility of a trackless vehicle with a launch section and Multi Dimension Elements of Intamin’s roller coasters.
